Other things to note ➠ ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in. ➠ USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. ➠ FIREPLACES: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1 - Sept 30). ➠ LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book the cabin. ➠ INTERNET: We re in a rural area so wifi may be unstable at times. Guests must be aware that coverage can become spotty depending on weather in the area. ➠ CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. ➠ NATIVE PLANTS AND ANIMALS: This cabin is located in a rural part of town. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, dogs, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We have installed an animal deterrent outside the deck to prevent them from coming close to the cabin, but cannot guarantee the possibility 100%. We appreciate your understanding!
