The large 3-room suite has a private entrance and equipped w/minifridge, microwave, Nespresso, and hot & cold water cooler + a private guest deck for grilling & dining. Optional boat rental upgrade. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Proximity: Unprecedented access to the best of Saratoga. All the hot spots are accessible within 2.5 miles, AND you take the least congested routes. Sleeping arrangements: The rental can accommodate up to four people: - Bedroom with King-size bed (2 people) - Murphy bed that folds down into a queen-size bed (2 people) OUTSIDE INDULGENCE Seclusion and Privacy: Hidden and tucked away in a beautiful wooded enclave with no neighbors in sight. Water to Swim and Soak: Heated inground pool set within a lush garden wonderland. Rock fountain for the ultimate ambiance experience. Bonfire Bliss: Allow the flames of the fire to put you in a trance or enjoy the fun of smores on a stick. Nature’s Orchestra: Enjoy the sounds and sights of this unique location — hummingbirds, woodpeckers, bullfrogs, peepers, lightning bugs, and more provide an ethereal experience. GUEST SUITE CONVENIENCES Spacious Layout: Guests access the suite through the front door and large foyer. From there, a staircase is taken to access the locked and private guest suite. Upon entry to the suite, there is a hallway; bedroom and bathroom across from each other, and a large living room (see photos.) Skylights: Natural light adorns the living room and bathroom, while the bedroom provides window shades to darken the room and block out light. Great room/living room: A large open floor plan with SmartTV and sofa, a fold-out queen-size Murphy bed, dedicated office space with monitor, and a kitchen nook. Kitchen nook: tucked away in the corner of the great room and equipped with a Mini fridge, microwave, hot/cold water cooler, and Nespresso coffee maker. Dinnerware and Essentials: The guest suite has disposable coffee cups, glasses, plates, utensils, coffee, tea, sweateners, and creamer. Also, non-disposible wine glasses and coffee cups are available. Alfresco Dining and Grilling: Enjoy the dining and grilling deck for more serious at-home cooked meals. This deck looks out over the pool and the woods, providing guests the privacy they demand. Accessed from the first-floor foyer, this deck has a 4-person dining table with an umbrella and grill. Cooking: Prepare microwavable meals, enjoy your pantry favorites, and chill your cold food classics. Use the patio grill for high-heat cooking. Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion. ACTIVITIES Spas There are numerous spas around town, but our favorite is across the street — steps away. Swedish Hill Spa and Horsefarm is owned by a massage therapist and horse trainer. When you support the spa, you are supporting a farm dedicated to retraining race and show horses to be placed in new homes for their well-deserved retirement. Canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards Five-fifty Marina and Lake Lonley Marina both offer rentals. Also our Guest Suite has one paddle board you can launch on Kaydeross Creek 0.5 miles from the house. 23’ Luxery Pontoon Boat Rental Enjoy Saratoga Lake on a 23’ luxury pontoon boat with retractable bimini top, sun loungers, blue tooth stereo, and dining area. Premium end-cap slip that makes docking easy. At 550 Marina and Restaurant. Payment and deposit will be made thru the AirBNB app. Staying Fit This location is perfect for poolside yoga or a picturesque rural work-out. Fresh air, farms, and horses adorn our road for cycling, jogging, or walking. Daily and weekly passes are also available at Saratoga YMCA and Yoga Mandali. Mountain Fun Sking, hiking, rafting, ropes courses, and mountain slides are all 30-min to 2 hours away. Skiing Gore Mountain 50-min away, Lake Placid and Whiteface 2 hours; Stratton, Okemo, Mount Snow, Killington 1.5-2 hours away. Privacy is our motto. Private guest suite entrance, private pool, private guest-only deck with dining table and grill, private parking, and no neighbors will be seen or heard.
