Having additional guest after the limit (8) will lead to removal of all guest without refund (Violation subject to $1000 fee) - NO SMOKING of any kind (Violation subject to $500 fee) -Pets allowed with additional fee ($100 per pet) - Late Check out Fee (Violation subject to $50 fee) -Extra cleaning (example leaving dirty dishes) (Violation subject to $25 fee) - Place trash in BLUE trash bin, any trash found in GREEN bin (RECYCLE) or BLACK (YARD WASTE) is a violation (Violation subject to $100 fee) For guests staying on THURSDAY EVENING, kindly take the trash bins out to the street for collection Friday morning. If you're CHECKING IN/STAYING on FRIDAY, please place the trash bins neatly to the side of the garage. When not at home, please turn off lights and AC. Please advise that the entire property will be accessible during your stay, with one exception, the garage is not accessible. For your safety, there are 1 outdoor security cameras on the property. The camera is located in the front entrance. Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are AGREEING to these house rules, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry area, and outdoor spaces. The only exceptions are: – The garage (not accessible to guests) – The indoor fireplace (not for guest use) Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles, with additional street parking as needed. Keyless entry ensures a smooth self check-in experience. Access code will be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note – Pets are allowed with a $100 per-pet fee. – Exterior camera is located at the front entrance for security purposes only. – AC system automatically turns off when the home is unoccupied to help manage high utility costs. – Neighborhood is residential and generally quiet; please respect quiet hours. – This home is ideal for families, work crews, long stays, and group trips.
