Home in Nogales

The "Border View" is our 115 year old home located in the Nogales historical district within walking distance to the Mexican border and downtown Nogales AZ. With wood floors, multiple windows, and a front porch, this space provides space and a positive energy. The space "The BorderView" is an 850 square-foot home with spacious living room, dining room, full sized kitchen and private bedroom and bathroom. Furniture & Art Work is predominantly all Balinese/Javanese hardwood collected from our years of working & living in Bali and throughout Asia. But wait! There is more, the kitchen/dining area is surrounded by photos of famous Cowboy stars & personalities. We also showcase the Embassy plates from our former neighbors, Gov. Raul Castro and his wife, Patricia. We provide kitchen serviceware, cookware, and a small collection of coffee, tea, and microwable snacks. There is a full closet with towels, sheets, and extra pillows. Guest access "Border View" is located on street level with private entrances. Owners live below in our home. Guests have access to street parking or the shared driveway. The front porch recently became home to a 4x chair and equipale table. Other things to note There is no television nor satelite access. There is Broadband access though due to our border location and Mexico's cell towers, we highly suggest Standard definition vs high defition for viewing. We have two boosters for internet access that bump up speed.
