This private lake permits: ⇢ fishing ⇢ power boating ⇢ water skiing ⇢ paddle boarding ⇢ picnic tables ⇢ beach volleyball ⇢ tennis courts ⇢ shuffleboard Within a short stroll, there is a mini-downtown with: ⇢ restaurants ⇢ nightclub ⇢ cafes ⇢ bars ⇢ shops ⇢ post office ⇢ country store Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Guests may not walk, stand, or sit on the retaining walls. These walls are designed to support the flower beds and are not safe for sitting or climbing. Multiple proper seating areas are available on the deck and throughout the property for relaxation. Any damage to the retaining walls caused by standing or sitting on them will result in charges. ✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The host will verify a government-issued ID ✷ The home has 1 flight of stairs. ✷ This home does not include access to the beach or lake swimming, as it is not part of the HOA that manages those amenities. ✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts. ✷ 10 Towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 3 hand towels (1 per bathroom). We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes. ✷ A hot tub fee of $154.50 will be applied if upon check out, the jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating. ✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am. >> There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $50 for each hour past the 10am check-out time. PET RULES: – Dogs only (no cats or other animals). – Must be at least 1 year old and under 30 lbs. – Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. – Pet fee: $60 per dog (2–4 nights) / $120 per dog (5+ nights). – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning fees will apply if hair is found. – Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, licenses, and ID tags. – Please bring your own dog bedding, crate, and towels for paws/fur. – Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless safely crated and calm. – Shedding dogs must be brushed outdoors daily. – Pick up and properly dispose of all waste. – No bathing dogs in tubs or showers. – Clean up and report any accidents or damage right away. – Dogs must be leashed on the property at all times. – Owners are responsible for all damage or disturbances (including excessive barking).
