Tucked away from city noise and pollution but close to highways for a quick access to places of interest in MA and CT. We are just about a min to Route 9, close to the Mass Pike (1-90), Route 20 and 32. 20mins from colleges(UMASS, Amherst, Hampshire etc). 45min from Bradley Int. Airport in CT and Worcester , and 35mins from the Big E in Springfield. Pls ask about our Long Term Rental. The space Our home boasts of an open floor plan with a living room, family room (with fireplace), formal dining room, eat-in area and fully equipped kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances. All these and the half bath are located on the First Floor. All 4 bedrooms are located on Second Floor and each room comes with comfy Sealy mattress, 55” Smart TV, sitting and work area. 3 of the 4 bedrooms share a Full Bathroom. The large Primary Bedroom has a walk-in closet, a Full Private Bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and Stand shower. Washer/Dryer is conveniently located on the second floor. What if family decides to stay indoors for any reason? Well, the fully finished basement comes with a Pool table and Air hockey. We also have an Exercise room with basic equipments for guests to stay active while they stay with us. If weather permits, guest can relax on the over-sized private deck and grill the day away. 
In order for our guests to continuously feel at home, we stock all our bathroom vanities with essential health and beauty aids. We also provide basic cooking utensils, basic seasoning, coffee, assorted teas and beverages. House Rules: Only disclosed number of Guests are allowed to be on property. No parties allowed except family gathering/ Max 8 persons No pets over 45lbs allowed. Limit of 2 Pets. Pets fee is per pet per stay No smoking *Extra fees will be charged if pet violations, parties, extra guests, smoking are found/held on the property * Please be mindful of the fact that this home is on a Private Sewer/Septic System. Other things to note The Quabbin reservoir, Quabog Valley(with its numerous hiking trails and Golf Course respectively), Swift River(with activities like fly fishing )a 5mins walk down the road. Take the family out for a race at the Palmer Motorsports Park. If you want to have a relaxing day and learn history of area, Sturbridge village is only minutes away from location for that. A casual visit to the Flea Market and Brimfield Antique is also recommended if time permits.
