Boat rentals all around the area ! Short drive to Fort Myers beach and all tourist attractions. Guest access Guests have full access to all rooms including garage. Other things to note Wifi is provided, all Tv's are smart TV's - connect your own log ins. BUG vs PEST POLICY: This home is located in Florida, where pest control treatments are performed to manage invasive species that could spread without intervention. However, pest control does not cover all bugs. It’s important to understand that it’s common for outdoor bugs to occasionally enter homes in Florida. For instance, you may encounter Palmetto Bugs (a non invasive species of the cockroach family), which are often mistaken for the invasive version of the common cockroach. Additionally, small gecko lizards may find their way inside, which is also typical for the area. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or would like clarification on these distinctions. POOL POLICY: Children must always be supervised by an adult. Do not adjust any pool equipment. During winter months the pool temperature is set to max 86F. Also, if temperatures drop below 65F outside, the pool may not reach the desired warmth. While we do our best to keep it comfortable, the heating is weather dependent, and refunds are not issued due to weather limitations. All use of the pool is at your own risk. During the summer months the pool heater is turned off.
