The space The cottage is Brand New Construction in 2024. It's modern and clean with one bedroom plus full height loft with staircase houses additional sleeping area. One bathroom in addition to a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, range and microwave). There is an outdoor space which includes a dining table and charcoal grill. The property is located 3 minutes from Stoney Cove Recreation Area & Boat Ramp. Boat trailer parking is available on property. Scotts Creek Marina and Boat Ramp is 5 minutes. Crash's Landing is located next door for all of your convenience needs (snacks, ice, bait, recreation passes, etc.) Morehead State University and Downtown Morehead is approximately 10-15 minutes.
