All New 2024! The space *We do not provide air mattresses.* We conduct tenant screening using Safely. You will receive a message that says, "I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Our Bedrooms Bathroom Logistics Are: 1) Bride To Be - King Bed, En-Suite Private Bathroom, Only Bedroom in the Guest House 2) Disco Room - King Bed, En-Suite Private Bathroom, Main House West Side 3) Cowgirl Room - King Bed, Shares a Bathroom with the Jungle Room, Main House West Side 4) Jungle Room - Queen Bed, Shares a Bathroom with the Cowgirl Room, Main House West Side 5) Groovy Room - Queen Bed over a 2nd Queen Bed in Bunks, Main House East Side 6) In The Clouds - Queen Bed over a 2nd Queen Bed in Bunks, Main House East Side Kitchen Main House & Kitchen Guest House Each Have: (2 of Everything) Oven, Stove Full Sized Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Maker, Dishwasher, and Microwave We provide the basics in the kitchen, but nothing above that. Our guests typically Eat away from the home in Old Town Scottsdale (Hundreds and Hundreds of Restaurant Options right around the corner) Laundry: The main house has a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The guest house also has a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The property has 4 private washing machines and 4 private dryers for guest use. Things To Note: Limited Interior Space We are a 6 bedroom & 4 bathroom House & Guest House all in 2300 square feet. Our common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all small. Our guests typically use the outdoor space as communal hang out space and spend a lot of time away from the home in the evenings in Old Town Scottsdale. We may not be a good fit for travelers looking to spend a lot of time in the inside of the house, or travelers planning to prepare and eat their own meals at home. There are other Short term rental options that are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a lot more space, but these homes do not have our proximity location to Old Town Scottsdale. If being close to Old Town Scottsdale is not important to you, and you plan to spend a lot of time inside of a home, then there are likely better options. If you want as theme based experience with lots of small bedrooms and bathrooms, within close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale - you found the right place Pool & Hot Tub Heating Details: Heating the pool is optional. Pool and Hot Tub Heating are controlled by the Host only. Guests are locked out of the pool equipment and locked out of access to the Pool and Hot Tub Heaters. Pool and Hot Tubs are heated independently. Hot Tub Heating costs an additional $50 per night. Pool Heating costs an additional $150 per night. Guests request Hot Tub &/or Pool heating. The Host sends a request for payment, and the heater/s is/are turned on after that. We accept pool and hot tub heating requests same day up until Noon. After Noon, the pool and Hot Tub will be turned on the next morning. Our Target Guest Market are People from Ages of 8 to 55. We are an Internet Based Home - with No Land Line Telephone. We are Not Handicapped Accessible - our rooms are way to small. We do not Provide High Chairs, No Children Allowed Under 8 Years Old, No Blow Up Mattresses, No Pack N Plays. No Events, No Parties, Maximum Number of Guests Allowed on the Property at any one time is 16. No Amplified Music, No Music allowed at any volume after 10pm. Bachelorette Party Planners, Hired Decorators, Grocery & Beverage Delivery Services are all allowed to Enter the Houses After 2pm. Early Check In. We will not be able to offer an early check in until the earliest of the day before you check in. We will need to know our full cleaning and checkout schedule before offering an early check in - so please check back with us the day before you check in. We always allow early bag dropoff anytime after 11am on check in day. During bag dropoff, we cannot offer the use pf the bathroom, a tour, of entry into any of the houses. We also cannot offer a backyard hangout before check in is allowed. Late Checkout is not something that we ever offer. We do charge $100 per hour for each hour that guests are late to checkout after 10am. We do not offer air mattresses, pack n plays, nor high chairs. $1,000 Fines: Any noise ordinance of citation from the police Glass found in the pool or hot tub Any evidence of entering the locked pool equipment area, the locked closet in the guest house, or anyone entering the storage area behind the guest house. Each of these areas are for our maintenance teams only. All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent together and may not be rented or offered for rent independently. All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other similar use is prohibited. TPT 21118807 Scottsdale License 2033178 Guest access To Enter The Home: 1) Enter White Gate Right of Driveway 2) Main House and Guest House Doors Have Gold Handles with Schlage Locks 3) Hit Your Code (Last 4 of the phone number on file with the booking website), and turn the dead Bolt to unlock. 4) To Lock the door from the Exterior, Hit the Code and Turn the Deadbolt 5) The front door does not have a coded entry. There are no keys Other things to note Absolutely No Pets Allowed Police will be called if there are ever more than 16 people on the property at any one time Must Be age 25 at a minimum. We do not have a maximum age, but we recommend not renting if you are over age 55 ( due to neighborhood noise and the constant action of Old Town Scottsdale)
