Able to sleep as many as eight, this home is great for corporate trips also! Close to parks, shopping, downtown, and transit! This location cannot be beaten. Other things to note Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation. Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed. Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking) To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply: • Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking. • Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book. • Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests.
