Heyburn State Park is a short 20 minute drive where you can relax on the beach and explore hundreds of acres of hiking and horseback riding trails. Pets and horses welcome for the ultimate retreat! The town of Plummer is a quick 10 minutes away. There you'll find a grocery store, restaurant, gas station, and medical services. The space A unique one-bedroom living space offering a queen bed. There's also a sleeper sofa which makes this stay ideal for 2-4 guests. Savor your morning coffee while you sit on the vast west-facing deck. And in the evening enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set. Cook in the outdoors with the gas grill while relaxing on the deck and taking in the view. Tucked away at the end of the road this haven offers supreme privacy. The home is 100% solar powered and off-grid but with all the comforts of home. IMPORTANT NOTE: The wood stove is the only form of heat. All supplies to build a fire are provided. Designed for tranquility, you won't find a TV here. There are plenty of games, 20 fenced acres you can explore, and a fire pit. I recommend bringing a fully charged bluetooth speaker. This secluded barndominium is your perfect retreat from the every day hustle and bustle but with very good cell service. . The electricity is limited and can run out easily with over use and too many cloudy days in a row. You’ll need to be conservative with electricity usage. Guest access The house, deck and yard are all yours to access. There's also 20 fenced acres you're free to explore. The barn, dry box, and shed are off limits. Please don't touch the farm equipment and don't allow children to play on it. Other things to note There is running hot and cold water. Bring your own drinking water for the duration of your stay. The house is 1.3 miles down a dirt road. 4-wheel drive is not necessary when there's not snow on the ground.
