The space While our space may be limited, it is designed to provide a cozy and comfortable experience for our guests. We focus on maximizing every square foot to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Where you’ll stay: Room 1: This is the fun room with bunk beds, closet, miniature PAC-MAN arcade machine & children activities! Includes a table with USB port for charging needs! Room 2: This is the master bedroom features a queen sized bed, portable closet, & its own half restroom! Headboard has built in usb port for charging! Room 3: This is a small bedroom with a full size bed & closet it shares a hallway full bathroom. Attached is a USB power strip to charge electronics! 🍄Also playpen and child portable cot/bed available upon request! Kitchen: equipped with appliances you’d find at home! Including Full size refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, Keurig machine, kettle pot, toaster, blender, and microwave and mini ice maker. Pots, pans, dishes, cups, & silverware. Also some spices, cooking oil, and condiments for your cooking needs! Dining table with seating for four Bar area complemented by three bar stools. Roku TVs installed in each bedroom & living room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney Living room has medium size couch, chair and cushioned chair with open concept to kitchen! Also an inflatable twin mattress! We have board games, crossword puzzles, and child books! Washer & Dryer if needed at no extra charge Outside we have a bbq grill w utensils and charcoal (which is under kitchen sink)! Outdoor patio table to seat 4 in the backyard! In the front yard we have a small patio with table and chairs! Outside games include washer target game, bean bag toss game & not to forget the children a Tee Up Starter Golf Set! We have also added a small fire pit 🔥& a hammock Amenities include Free Parking, WiFi, Washer and dryer at no extra cost. Self check-in anytime after 3pm! Complimentary coffee, hot tea, bottled water, snacks & sodas free of charge. 🥤 Guest access There is driveway for 2 vehicles to be able to park. Additional free street parking as well. Other things to note This is a shared lot with another Airbnb (San Angelo Route 66 Cottage), has a fence in between for privacy which is under construction! Can be booked for up to 10-12! You may see neighboring guests, but each home has its own private entrance & parking! Please do not enter their restricted areas!
