As soon as you walk inside you can see straight through the wall of windows to the outdoor oasis—a brand-new, huge pool and built-in spa beckon for endless moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. Insta-grammable moments are waiting for you in front of the beautiful, tropical poolside mural. There is an outdoor table for 6 and well as comfortable adirondack seating, perfect for pre-dinner cocktails on the patio. Back inside, your family will enjoy creating memorable meals in the all new kitchen with modern appliances and high end finishes. The open living and dining spaces are the perfect place to enjoy conversation and games, or gather around the TV for movie night after a fun day of sand and surf. White Palms offers two king bedrooms and a third room with a queen bed, providing ample space for rest and relaxation. The master bathroom boasts a luxurious deep soaking tub with a separate shower, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun, while the second full bath features a double vanity and all-new walk-in shower for added convenience and comfort. With its seamless indoor-outdoor flow and private backyard offering recreation and entertainment, White Palms is more than just a house; it's a retreat where every day is the ideal vacation. Located in the highly desirable North End of Anna Maria, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, just minutes from the Gulf beach and only steps to the Bay beach. You will also love being just a bike ride away from Pine Avenue Shops and popular restaurants such as the Waterfront. Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors. This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note A note about “hot tubs” and “spas” Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. Beach Boutique is not responsible for failure of equipment due to such uncontrollable circumstances. We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.
