This home is not available for parties or large gatherings. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. • No smoking or illegal substances. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be assessed for violations. Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property. • Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. We are located in a quiet, gated neighborhood and ask that guests respect our neighbors. – String lights turn off at 9:45 p.m. – Pool lights turn off at 10:00 p.m. – The pool is closed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. • No pets allowed. • Rental agreement & ID required The primary renter must sign a rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. It’s a seamless process- it will be emailed and you can do everything electronically. ⸻ Safety & Monitoring For liability and safety purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras: • 1 at the front door • 1 at the garage • 1 facing the pool • 1 facing the patio There are also two noise monitoring devices (non-audio recording): • One in the loft • One near the backyard entrance Tampering with any safety device will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
