Bedroom 2 : Cozy up in the queen bed and catch your favorite shows on the 55" TV, also on the first floor. Bedroom 3 : This spacious room boasts two queen beds and offers comfort and privacy on the second floor. Basement Bedroom: Escape to the basement retreat, where a king bed and 55" TV await for ultimate relaxation. ◆ Entertainment Your Way! This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don't forget to log out before checkout for your security. ◆ Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are full baths, with one boasting a luxurious tub for a soothing soak after a day of adventure. ◆ Living Spaces: Unwind in the living room on the queen sleeper pillow sofa while watching movies on the 65" TV. Two accent chairs provide additional seating, and an air purifier ensures a fresh atmosphere. Challenge friends and family to games in the arcade area, offering classic entertainment for all ages. ◆ Outdoor Amenities: Step into the backyard oasis and soak your cares away in the hot tub, perfect for rejuvenation under the stars. ◆ Dining and Kitchen: Gather around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, stove/oven, kettle, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. ◆ Garage: Park with ease in the two parking slots available in the garage. Guest access ◆ Guests have the option of self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door for added convenience. ◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process. Other things to note ◆ Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and take advantage of convenient appliances like the washer and dryer. 🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets. ⚠️ Please be aware that this property includes a set of stairs. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this before booking to ensure the space comfortably meets their needs. 📺 Smart TV with Roku access (no cable/live TV) ⚠️ Important Note: Our TVs are Roku Smart TVs. Please make sure to log in using your own Roku and streaming accounts during your stay, as we do not provide Roku or any streaming service login information. Also, please note that cable access is not available. For your privacy and security, remember to log out of all accounts before checkout. 🔐 ◆ Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and more are provided free during your stay. ◆ Please note that the hot tub is on a bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. They come two times a week to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between their services, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking. ◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed. ◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property. ◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. 📍 HOUSE RULES 👉🏻 The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests. 👉🏻 The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued. 👉🏻 Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. 👉🏻 Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. 👉🏻 No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission. 👉🏻 No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. 👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. 👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. 👉🏻 Please avoid moving furniture. 👉🏻 A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.
