The space CBus Retro: - Cozy and comfortable beds. - Complimentary Coffee provided. - 55'' Roku TV, with all apps installed. - Fully equipped & stocked kitchen. - Washer and dryer on the main floor. - Free Street parking, you are responsible for your belongings and your car, NO PARKING on the side lot next to the house, towing is enforced at your expense. - Central AC, Heating, & window ACs (cool and heat modes available) in each bedroom. - Read the Guest access section and other things to note for more Property details. Travel Distance: - Nationwide Children's Hospital: 3 minutes - German Village: 4 minutes - Downtown Columbus: 8 minutes - Ohio State East Hospital: 9 minutes - OSU (Ohio State University): 10 minutes - Select Specialty Hospital: 6 minutes - Wexner Medical: 12 minutes - Ohio Health: 20 minutes Guest access You can park for free on the street in front of the house or behind the house. NO PARKING on the side lot next the house, towing is enforced at your expense. Guests use the main entrance using a key located in a lockbox (details will be shared before your arrival). You can access the entire home, front and back yards – NO access to the basement. Other things to note - No smoking inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes/vaping, or burning incense. - Only guests on the confirmed reservation are permitted for overnight stays on the property. - This is an older house, so please switch on the window ACs well before your sleeping time and shut the bedroom doors to keep the cool or hot air inside. - To ensure a peaceful stay, please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are NOT allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - Pets are not allowed on the property due to allergies and to avoid accidents. - Park for free in front of the house, and an additional 1 car parking pad space is available behind the house. NO PARKING is allowed on the side lot next to the house. Towing will be enforced at your expense. - Please note that we have 24/7 video security cameras installed on the exterior of the property, facing outward on entryways for safety purposes. - Kindly leave the property in the same condition as you found it to avoid additional cleaning fees for an excessive mess, such as stains on furniture, flooring, linens, and unwashed dishes (Please load the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave).
