The pool is only shared with one other identical unit. Private driveway and your own entrance. This is a split duplex home. The 3rd bedroom is accessed by walking through the 2nd master suite or through the exterior sliding door. Other things to note Please note that the pool is professionally serviced every week. We provide a pool skimmer if needed. Landscaping maintenance is twice a month. Pool and landscaping service days vary due to changing weather conditions.
