We have a strict no-smoking policy—smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the premises, including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. This is a shoes-off property, so please remove your shoes upon entry. Guest access Guests may access the entire house except for the storage room located off the carport. This room contains mechanicals, owner storage, and an inventory of supplies, including cleaning products. Other things to note In the house, there are three (3) trash bins and one (1) recycling bin available. Trash bins are conveniently placed with one in each restroom and one under the kitchen sink, alongside a recycling bin. Outside, on the east side of the carport, you'll find three (3) refuse containers for San Diego's Automated Refuse Collection Program: black for trash, blue for recycling, and green for organic waste. If you arrive on or near a Monday and the trash bins are out on the front curb, please walk each bin back to the carport via the alley. If your stay overlaps with a Monday, please follow the weekly collection schedule detailed below. Trash and organic waste will be collected weekly, while recycling will occur biweekly, specifically on Mondays, between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM. On collection days, please ensure bins are placed at the curb on Agate Street by 6:00 AM and removed by 6:00 PM, spaced three feet apart from each other, cars, and other obstacles. To ensure efficient collection, avoid overloading bins. All recyclables must be placed inside the designated bin without bagging, ensuring the lid can close properly. Loose refuse material should be bagged or wrapped before placing it in the trash container to maintain cleanliness in the neighborhood.
