You will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun on the water. Unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway from the hottub or dock. Close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium. The space Very relaxing 3 bedroom and 1 bath home on the water with a private dock and Hot tub. There is a very large back yard with a privacy fence around all sides except the water. The water is very shallow at the edge. There is a very large screened porch with a comfy XL hammock and seating area, as well as a smaller open area to sit out and watch the kids play or enjoy the sunrise. Guest access Access is in the front, there is a lock with a code to enter the property from the front door after you enter the enclosed front porch.
