Private dock with a private Hot Tub, swim mat, fire pit, XL covered porch, large private fenced yard. BRING YOUR BOAT or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island or spend the day at a sandbar! You will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun on the water. Unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway from the hottub or dock. Close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium. The space Very relaxing 3 bedroom and 1 bath home on the water with a private dock and Hot tub. There is a very large back yard with a privacy fence around all sides except the water. The water is very shallow at the edge. There is a very large screened porch with a table and seating area, as well as a smaller open area to sit out and watch the kids play or enjoy the sunrise with your coffee from our full serve coffee bar. We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 100.00 fee - 3 dogs max and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters. Guest access Access is in the front, there is a lock with a code to enter the property from the front door after you enter the enclosed front porch.
