Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. DOG RULES: 1. Dog fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. 2. Any applicable dog fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay for your dog fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb. 3. Maximum two dogs, up to 25 lbs. each welcome. $150 non-refundable fee per dog; pre-registration is required. 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Dog Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos.
