The space This studio apartment is a refurbished pottery studio behind the garage of our house. Guests have a dedicated separate entrance, fully fenced yard, off street parking and lots of amenities. Our neighborhood is friendly and great for walks with beautiful sunsets. Guest access The key will be in the lock box on the door. You can let yourself in and out. We recommend leaving a key in the lock box and there is a second key inside you can take with you and easily clip to a backpack for a day trip. Other things to note The apartment has two burners for stove top cooking (no oven), a microwave that has an air fryer setting, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven and Nespresso machine. Outdoor fully fenced yard with table, umbrella, chairs, charcoal grill and fire pit. Includes beach towel use (4) for the perfect Midcoast Maine central location.
