This 7th floor North Myrtle Beach rental sleeps 6. The comfortable and spacious accommodations make this beauty the ideal place for a relaxing vacation! The master bedroom has a queen bed, master bathroom with a walk-in shower, a TV, and an oceanfront balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a TV. All of the TVs are Smart TVs. There is also a pack-n-play for your little one. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom has a walk-in shower. There is new flooring and paint throughout this condo. An electric fireplace in the living area is also a wonderful way to wind down after an exciting day! This condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living area, washer/dryer, and free WIFI. This kitchen also has a Keurig, tea pot, and high chair. The living area opens up to a stunning oceanfront view of the ocean. There is a day bed on the balcony that offers a serene space to unwind. Enjoy the ocean breeze, finishing that last chapter of a captivating beach read, and sipping a glass of your favorite beverage. No students/student groups are allowed. This is a family-oriented property. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in. Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, and washcloths) are included in the total of this rental. You will need to bring these items: Baby equipment (unless rented) Food and condiments Personal toiletries Hair Dryer Cleaning supplies Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Beach and fishing equipment Cameras and film Flashlights, radios, and batteries Other things to note Check-In: 4pm through 6pm. (June through August). Please do not go to the property before checking in with our office. Keep in mind that it is difficult for us to prepare every property between 10am and 4pm. Upon completion of housekeeping services and inspection, your rental will be released to you SOMETIME between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. A TEXT will be made to your cell phone number on file to inform you that you can proceed to the pick-up location to get your packet with keys, parking passes, pool bands, and all information necessary for your vacation stay. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR RENTAL WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 4:00 PM. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After you have checked in and arrived at your rental, if you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to our office right away. All efforts to resolve the problem will be made immediately. Please do not wait until check-out to inform us of any problems that may have existed. Our staff has the right to enter a property for repairs and inspections (if necessary) when a service call is made. If a renter refuses entry after a service call is made, the renter may be held responsible for service call fees. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 am. There are no exceptions.
