Guest has private access to the entire home, pool, etc. (except locked owner’s closet). Other things to note Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine. By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all of the terms and conditions listed in your rental agreement. No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized. No smoking is permitted inside the property. No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid. Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group. See the rules for additional terms. Extra person fee applies after the 8th guest. IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents.
