Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! The master bedroom has a queen bed, private porch and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed with a pullout twin bed. Off of the living and kitchen area, you will find the 2nd bathroom and 2nd porch The space This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. It is a natural setting so there is uneven ground, rocks and stairs on the property that may make it challenging to navigate for someone with mobility issues. At the end of the stay, guests are asked to wash all dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster located next to the yellow barn in the parking lot. Pets are not allowed in this rental. If you would like to bring your pet on vacation with you, please consider our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guests 24 hours prior to check-in. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Guest placing reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
