The space This newly built town house offers the perfect base for family gatherings and couples to enjoy the majestic Rocky Mountains. The living area, dining and kitchen are filled with light and, along with the substantial deck, offer stunning views of the mountains. Enjoy the comfort of whole house radiant floor heating and relax in front of the cozy gas fireplace. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths sleeps 8 comfortably. The primary suite features a Casper king bed and a futon for a child and an en suite bath. A small desk provides convenience for those that aren't yet entirely decoupled from work commitments. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Casper queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has queen bunk beds, ideal for the children. These rooms look out to the mountain views to the East and West. A Pack 'n Play crib and bassinet, with sheets, and a high chair, as well as plates, cups and utensils, are available for those with infants or toddlers. The teens will appreciate the cozy setup in the heated garage that provides a cool separate area for games, XBox, music and lounging around. The immediate area is very walkable with sidewalks along the neighborhood streets to the river, lake, or up the mountain, and an incredible path along the river into town. Everywhere you look, you'll marvel at the rugged mountains and natural beauty in all directions. The location in Silverthorne is the ideal home base for everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer including all the winter sports like down hill and cross country skiing, tubing, snow shoeing (or just plain hiking) and outdoor ice skating on the adjacent North pond. Great restaurants are close by in Silverthorne (5min), Dillon (7min) or Frisco (13min). We pay attention to the details to make it a great experience for you. Things in the kitchen like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oil and spices. In the baths you’ll find soap, shampoo and conditioner and items for makeup like Q-Tips, cotton balls, makeup remover and special towels.
