This Cape Cod style cottage encompasses everything you would expect in a lakeview home. You will be very close to the Jet Express to enjoy a day of Island hopping and fun! The space Your very own lake house in Port Clinton, Ohio. Entering the home, you are greeted with a large open floor plan, with tall ceilings, premium furnishings and bright airy windows offering lake views. There is a spacious well-equipped Kitchen and dining room seating for 4. Off to one side of the Dining Room are Bedrooms 1 and 2 with Queen sized beds. The upstairs Cape Cod style room is where bedroom 3 is located, with a double sized bed and two twin sized beds that can be joined to make a large king sized bed. You can also use the upstairs bedroom as an all kids room. From the Sunroom you can get a great view of the park and lake. 4 doors down from the public beach access in Port Clinton with everyone’s beach side enjoyment. The sandy bottom and gradual sloping water depth allow for some of the best swimming in the area. Cedar Point is about 19 miles away making this location great for a day at the park. This house is the perfect place to sit under the stars with a cocktail while catching glimpses of shooting stars. This house can also be rented with the house next door to sleep up to 16 total guests for a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Please send an inquiry about booking both homes.
