It has: 1 Queen bed, clothes racks, hangers, a coat rack, private bathroom, central air, & a small private balcony. (Air mattress can be requested for 3rd guest) The Penthouse has: a large outdoor terrace, full kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Living room with 50" TV, Wi-Fi, 2nd space with carpet and cushions, and toilet. Guest access You will have exclusive access to your suite and all other common areas (which may eventually be shared with other guests): Terrace, Living/TV Room, Dining Room, Rest Room, Full Kitchen, Service Area and Toilet. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO READ THIS INFORMATION TO THE END: As a penthouse we have 3 suites that we rent separately, this means you may have to share SOME SPACES with other guests: LIVING ROOMS, KITCHEN AND TERRACE. The suite you rent is ONLY YOURS, ONLY YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO IT AND ALL HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM. If no one else has rented during your period, then you will have an exclusive penthouse for you at the price of a suite. Feel free to ask about the booking calendar. During your stay I don't live in Floripa, but I have someone who helps me and is responsible for the check-in and check-out of guests. But I'm always available through the app.
