With Two Covered Decks, access to the Lake, and a BBQ grill, the Outside Space is Very Relaxing. When you enter the Upper Level, you will find the Living Space, Dining room, Kitchen and a Powder Room. On the Lower Level, there are two Bedrooms, both with Queen Beds, and a Full Bath. There is an Office Space in the second Bedroom, should you need to get a little work or writing done. Come and visit the Village and enjoy this Cute and Cozy Townhome. PLEASE NOTE: The boat and canoe on the property are the owners and are NOT available for use. Please feel free to bring your own kayak or canoe and launch from here! Rentals are also available at the Desoto Marina nearby! If fishing, you will need a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased at Walmart.
