The open loft upstairs (with two log frame twins) is perfect for the kids, with toys, board games and a wicker swing chair. **Children only and one at a time Please!** Venture down to the lower level “suite” with TV sitting area, custom built bar including mini fridge and Keurig, second queen bedroom and shower stall bath. Enjoy direct access out to the yard and hot tub. Washer/dryer are located in this lower level bathroom. CROOKED RIVER: Access to a walking path just across the driveway down to Crooked River. Enjoy the walking trails, fishing and the nature of Maine! THE FUN NEARBY: Naples Causeway is a 10 minute drive away to Long and Sebago Lakes. Enjoy boat, kayak and paddle board rentals, Sea Plane Rides and many delicious restaurants and local shops. Shawnee peak is 25min down the road & Sunday River is 50min for skiing, Fluvial Brewery (Fabulous spot!) is 5min away, numerous trail systems surround the area for snowmobile & ATV access, the Saco River is great to float down with an adult beverage. Portland is just 1hr, North Conway just 50min. The White Mountains are just over an 1hr drive for hiking as well with plenty of nature activities. Many close by public beaches & boat launches!!!
