Two separate cabins on one property with a communal outdoor space that has firepit, tire swing, horseshoes, picnic tables and tons of pine, cedar and oak trees. This is the perfect place for a larger group of family and friends. The space Cabin 1: 2 bedrooms (1 queen + 1 full) and loft (2 twins) Cabin 2: 3 bedrooms (queen + full + 2 twins) -Picnic tables, regulation horseshoes, fire pit, cornhole, BBQ, tree swing, mature oaks, pines, cedars -lg yard w tons of chairs, tables & covered patio - less than an hr to SD beaches, downtown, Zoo & Sea World -hiking, biking, boating, wineries, Pacific Coast Trail, Alpacas, Cuyamaca, Laguna & Julian few mins away -Birds, fox, raccoons, coyotes, bobcats, mtn lions, wild turkey and even deer are often viewed near property. Guest access You'll have both homes and large yard. The garage is locked with our personal items (no valuables) and you'll park right outside gate on our street just a few steps away. Low profile or small passenger cars should enter on last street entrance (see exterior photos for map). 1 and 2 steps around property. Could be difficult for physically challenged people but easy for most. Other things to note - water bottles, cocoa, coffee & tea provided - Towels, soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided - Firepit is provided for you with lounge seats around the campfire (wood fires only permitted in designated fire pits) - First Aid Kit - Full Kitchen & all basics Staying in a communal property. Two separate homes but exterior fire pit and yard is communal to your 2nd cabin. -parking is along fence line. - No loud music is allowed; quiet 9pm-8am - Fires only in designated pit - Pets are allowed with prior approval & deposit - smoking will be minimum $200-500 fine (as needed for cleaning)
