Near Saratoga Race Track and downtown Saratoga Springs, it promises unforgettable memories with a serene lake view The space Through the main entrance you will find a large open concept dining/ living room/ kitchen area with plenty of space for a lovely group gathering. Cooking a home cooked meal during your stay couldn’t be easier with an extensive array of cookware and appliances clean and ready to go. With 7 bedrooms in the main house, two living room spaces, screened in patio, and a large wraparound porch you will always be able to find a place to relax and unwind! Spring - October you will find our air conditioned cottage style pool house available with 2 bunk beds, kitchenette and a full bath. In a competitive mood? The garage space has been transformed into a game room getaway. You will find a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table as well as a smart tv to keep you connected while you have some fun. Additionally, our home features a modern WiFi system with speeds up to 1,000 Gbps. Other things to note ***Dock is shared with our other Airbnb next door. Please be courteous to others while utilizing the dock as this is a shared space *** ***2026 season*** Pool is scheduled to be opened the first week of May 2026. Exact date to be determined. Disclaimer: The pool house apartment will be winterized from October until early May. During this period, there will be no water available in the kitchenette or bathroom located in the pool house. Although the pool house is equipped with a mini-split heater/AC, please be aware that the room with the two bunk beds will not be available for sleeping or use during thethese months. Please note the dock is not available from October - late spring.
