Both bedrooms come with smart Roku TVs for your entertainment. The queen bedroom features a built-in electric fireplace for added coziness, while the second bedroom offers ample closet space. Enjoy the comfort of clean linens and cozy beds throughout your stay. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a 55” Roku smart TV, perfect for movie nights. Guest access Guest Access & Entrance Details Guests will have full access to the upstairs apartment, which is accessed through the front of the building. Please note that there are 8 steps leading up to the main entrance. To enter, you’ll use an access code, which will be provided to you prior to check in. Once inside, you’ll arrive in a shared foyer with the spa on the first floor. From there, head directly to the stairs—there are 16 steps leading up to the private entrance of the apartment. Other things to note Access, Parking & Noise Reminder Please note that the apartment is accessed by stairs with original railings, which are lower than modern standards. To reach the unit: • 8 steps lead up to the front porch, followed by one step up at the door. • Inside, there’s a staircase with 4 steps, a landing that turns, 2 more steps, another landing with a turn, and 8 additional steps to the upstairs unit. Parking: There is a shared parking lot with the Spa (on the first floor), offering overnight parking and space for 2 vehicles when the spa is closed. During spa hours, street parking is available just around the corner on 4th Street. While the apartment offers a tranquil atmosphere, some street noise may be heard. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom for added comfort.
