Just a short walk to Wal-Mart, Pineapple Willie's, Waffle House and in the same complex as The Wharf Seafood Buffet, Juan Taco and Lulu's Grill! This resort offers guests great amenities! Huge lakefront boardwalk with nightly light show, a fully equipped fitness center, 5 pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, putting green, ramp parking, on-site security and much more! Guest access There is a required $78.17 resort amenity / parking fee for up to 2 vehicles and six guest that you will be responsible to pay outside of this reservation prior to arrival. This fee is per booking, not per person or per day, just a flat $78.17 fee. This is paid directly to the resort. After booking you will receive a link from Laketown Wharf to a portal to submit the fee prior to arrival. If you do not complete this process before arrival you may be subject to long waits to register onsite as well as additional fees charges by the resort. Once in the condo 6 amenity armbands will be on the kitchen counter. If these bands are lost there is a $25 per missing band replacement fee. Children 12 and under do not require wearing an armband.
