Sleeping arrangements The serene bedroom features a king bed adorned with soft linens and curated artwork celebrating the legacy of Walter Anderson. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like feel with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and bathroom essentials including towels, soap, and toiletries. Designed for both comfort and creativity, this space is ideal for restful nights after exploring the town. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and coffee maker. You’ll find cookware, wine glasses, and dining essentials ready for use. Begin the day at the coffee bar or enjoy a quiet dinner together after a day wandering Laurel’s historic streets. Outdoor living Step onto the patio or balcony to relax beside the fire pit under the stars. The space also provides access to a BBQ grill, perfect for casual evenings and friendly gatherings. Whether sharing a meal or simply sitting with a drink in hand, this spot offers a peaceful extension of the indoor space. Amenities & essentials Enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and heating for year-round comfort. A washer, dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage make longer stays effortless. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms along with a fire extinguisher. Free parking is available on the premises and on nearby streets for your convenience. Neighborhood Located within The Artistry boutique retreat, this loft places you in the center of downtown Laurel. Step outside to discover local shops, restaurants, and galleries just moments away. Designed to reflect Laurel’s creative spirit, it’s a haven where you can relax, reflect, and feel connected to the charm that defines Mississippi’s artistic heart. Other things to note This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
