Mina's Place @ Footprint Farms

Quiet and restful with plenty of history. Short distance to highway exit and the Village. Just about 20 minutes from anywhere in Western New York. Unique home with lots of character and quirky layout. This is a 1919 Sears, Roebuck home with additions put on in the 20's and 30's. We apologize in advance but due to the unique layout and original features of this 1919 home, it would be a challenging rental for families traveling with toddlers. The space This is a 1400 square foot two story home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor with a full bath (shower only) upstairs and the half bath off the sunroom downstairs. You will need to navigate stairs when you enter the home and to access the bedrooms and full bath that are again on the second floor. Guest access This is part of the "farm" your rental includes the single family home and the outside yards (For our guests safety the garage and basement are locked and off limits). The outside has a patio and fire pit with wood supplied from the farm., we also supply comfortable chairs. The side yard has ample space for jarts (just kidding they are outlawed here in the state!), cornhole, bocce, and croquet. Just let us know in advance if you would like to borrow any of the outdoor games. Other things to note We have wonderful neighbors. They enjoy seeing our guests enjoying their stay, but we ask that respect is shared with regards to the language, loud late nights and general raucous behavior. We are also on site at one of the other properties and will politely remind you of the rules if necessary.
