We welcome you to this enchanting retreat by the lake. This cozy haven invites you to unwind in a uniquely designed cottage that captures the essence of tranquility. Experience a perfect blend of simplicity and sophistication at A-Frame of Mind. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with their own en suite bathrooms, closets, Samsung Smart TVs and Sonos soundbars. The primary bedroom includes a spacious king bed. The secondary bedroom includes queen bunk beds suitable for full-sized adults and kiddos. The main floor is open to the kitchen, dining, nook, and living room. The kitchen comes complete with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. A fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A gas burner stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator with water and ice maker. Functional storage and a space-efficient layout create a charming yet practical cooking space. The home has complimentary high-speed WIFI internet. All TVs are Samsung smart TVs, allowing you to access your various entertainment apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney +, etc) The dining area has a large rectangular table for six. The side nook seats four, a great space for extra seating, reading, or working. The family room has a sectional sleeper sofa, a recliner chair, and a built-in fireplace. For kiddos, there is a travel pack-n-play for guests to use. There is also a full washer/dryer on the main level for your convenience. The outdoor social area features an outdoor overhead heater, Sonos surround sound system, Linderman Build gas fire pit, Traeger wood pellet smoker-grill (not pictured but is there), table and bench seating, and classic Adirondack chairs. Parking- There is one dedicated parking space, with overflow and street parking also available. Stay tuned for information regarding EV charging. (EV dedicated parking space should be available by Spring 2024) Pets are allowed at A-Frame of Mind with a max of 50 lbs, no puppies, crate trained, and potty trained. Thank you for your understanding. Within walking distance from the Lookout Park which features a children’s play area, a large open field, a pickleball court, and an outdoor fireplace. The Lookout also features two community pools, one is heated year-round and features a large hot tub.
