Kitchen comes with new refrigerator with basic condiments , spices, stove top and oven, microwave, coffee coffee maker, tea, hot water maker, air fryer, pots/pans, baking pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pitcher, serving tray, mixing bowls, cutting boards, blender tupperware and silverware. Dining room that can seat eight. Dining area also has a desk for office use and chair. Home is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, washer, dryer, two televisions with streaming channels, board games, cozy blankets. Game room includes terminator arcade game, marvel arcade game, pool table, additional TV and ample seating. Bonus room on second floor includes a bean bag couch and a toy bin for young children- please use at your discretion as we are not liable for any choking hazards in which children were left unsupervised to play with toys not suitable in age. Home also comes with a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, and two child safety gates. Backyard porch comes with lounge seating, hot tub, gas firepit table, stainless steel propane gas grill, lawn chairs, fire pit, and corn hole. There is also an outdoor dining set for eight closer to the water available to use. During the summer there will be two paddle boards, two kayaks and a canoe available to use at the property. These are to be used at this location only please. We recommend water shoes as there is a small concrete launch area down by the water and it can be slippery. Children must be watched near the water. We do provide some life jackets but cannot guarantee sizes that will fit. You are responsible for your children’s safety during your stay. The house is located on a private road and has the ability to accommodate four vehicles. It is on and running at all times, if a guest blocks or moves the doorbell at anytime we may cancel the reservation and you will be charged for any damage to the equipment.
