Pool & Hot Tub Info: - Pool Heating: This can be ordered through your guest portal for $50 per day plus tax. - This pool can only heat 20°F above outside temp - mornings will be cooler after overnight lower temps. For colder times, please monitor weather & don't pay when it's too cold to be warm enough to be comfortable. No refunds after pool has been turned on - Heavy rain affects water balance — pool may need servicing - Do NOT tamper with pool controls — violations may result in stay termination - The hot tub is serviced before your arrival and will not be serviced again during your stay. - The pool is serviced once a week during the winter and twice a week during the rest of the year. Due to route changes, we cannot give specific times the servicer will be stopping, but it is typically early in the day. - The yard may also be serviced during your stay.
