Guest access SECURITY BOOTH/ENTRANCE As you arrive at the Esmeralda Beach Resort Security booth, you will be greeted by Esmeralda’s security guard. You will need to let them know that you are a guest staying at C501 and give them your registered reservation name. They will confirm it with Front Desk, then will give you a parking pass for your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Once you have passed the security booth, you may proceed to park at the guest parking lot. PARKING You may park anywhere you like in the open parking lot, there are handicap stalls if you have the need to do so. Please do not park inside the parking garage, as this area is only for condo owners/long term rentals. If you are bringing a truck & trailer (or toy hauler) please ask at the front desk for further directions on where to park and how to access this special accommodation. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT Once parked, head toward the front desk; this is the office units at the center of the tower, right behind the security booth, through large sliding glass doors. This is where you will confirm your reservation details, will give you your condo access cards, and a guest bracelet. After your stay, at time of check-out, head to Esmeralda’s front desk to check-out and return the condo access cards. To complete the procedure, you will need your ID. You'll be asked for a $300 Security Deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay (only for reservation with booker under 25 yrs. of age) If you need an early check-in or late check-out you need to let us know in advance. There's an additional fee of $20 USD per hour that you'll need to pay at the Front Desk. CONDO ENTRY After checking in and obtaining your condo access cards, head to the elevator and reach the 6th floor. You are going to turn right, and head towards unit C501. BE AWARE!! When going in and out of the condo, due to the strong draft currents, it is strongly recommended to do the following: 1- If the balcony sliding glass doors are open, carefully open as the doors may slam harshly. This may hurt the entry door or glass pan window. 2- Close the balcony door and keep close at all times to alleviate this issue. 3- Maintain the sand room door closed, and the balcony glass door will not create that strong draft. BE AWARE!!
