This home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Ocean views, fenced-in back yard w/ patio, deck + BBQ grill w/ outdoor dining area. Public beach area w/ boardwalk + lifeguards during summer season. Classic family beach house in the hidden gem on the Crystal Coast! The space Duplex unit - entire downstairs unit to yourself. Owner visits upstairs from time to time and we ask that keep the far-right parking space open for them during your stay. Guest access keyless entry code will be last 4 digits of the phone number of the guests who booked the unit. Other things to note Parking for 2 cars available to far left of parking lot directly in front of home. Additional paid parking available at the circle in summer season, do not have to pay int he off season months. No pets over 50 lbs - $150 pet fee per pet with max of 2 pets please.
