The home is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need WITH LEVEL 2 EV CHARGING UPON REQUEST. Located in a quiet neighborhood with over 2600 sq feet of living space. Perfect for wine tasting adventures, bridal parties, or whatever it is that brings you and your family into town. Enjoy your stay. The space Make yourself at home in our 5 bedroom getaway just 12 minutes to Wine Country. Room for the whole family with five bedrooms (one downstairs with full bath) which comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. There are smart TV's in the family room and primary bedroom. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with new paint and flooring throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set with 8 chairs, sitting area, bbq grill, and fire pit. There are many family games provided as well as a foosball table. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Garage access is not included. Other things to note Level 2 EV charging is available for a fee of $25/day. Speeds are about 10kw. Please send us a message at least 2 days prior to your arrival so we can make sure it's accessible. It's a J1772 plug so if you have a Tesla make sure to bring your adapter or we can leave one for you. For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller. Please give some notice as these items are shared over two different properties and we need to make sure they're available. We're pet friendly and do have a fully fenced backyard with a grass area on the side yard. The neighboring homes do have dogs so please make sure not to leave your pets outside unattended for extended periods of time. Need early check in or late checkout, just ask. Please keep in mind that our booking calendar can be unpredictable so we may not be able to confirm the availability of early check in or late checkout until 48 hours prior to your arrival or departure. Note that all TV's have a Roku device for streaming but there is no cable box for local TV. You'll want to login to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, etc. The family room fireplace is decorative and usage is not included. This is a quiet residential community. We invite you to enjoy yourself outdoors but ask that you be respectful to the neighbors be keeping the noise level to a minimum during sleeping hours. Guests are fine but please no parties and make sure to notify the host of additional daytime guests. If you have any special requests, just ask.
