Relax in our apartment with a beautiful view of the swamp in a brand new building. It is an ideal apartment for families and friends, traveling for tourism or business, who want to relax, 2 blocks from Playa Azul, a few steps from the Las Americas Convention Center, less than 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the historic center. We have broadband internet. The apartment is fully equipped and the building has a swimming pool on the top floor with panoramic ocean and city views. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen and a large balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, TV (smart), closet and private full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, a television (Smart TV) and a closet. The living room has a double sofa bed, A/C and direct access to the balcony. The second bathroom is also a full bathroom with a shower. On the balcony we have two chairs for relaxing and a hammock. The balcony overlooks the swamp. The kitchen is fully equipped and next to it is the work area with washer and dryer inside the apartment. The apartment has hot water. The apartment overlooks the swamp and is two blocks from Playa Azul in la Boquilla (the widest beach and with the greatest diversity of water sports in Cartagena) and the Hotel de las Américas, where there is one of the most recognized and award-winning restaurants in Cartagena: Erre de Ramon Freixa (reservation is suggested). The access to the beach is safe through a pedestrian bridge that allows you to reach Playa Azul (La Boquilla) and the restaurants on it like the famous Blas de Teso. It is right next to the Convention Center of the Americas, less than 5 minutes from the airport and about 10/15 minutes from the historic center by taxi. There is a supermarket Exito two blocks away and Rappi App works great in the area for market delivery and restaurants. Also, on the road there are typical restaurants. Both the apartment and the building are new. The building has a swimming pool on the top floor and a Jacuzzi, both with views of the ocean and the swamp, a BBQ, a sauna and a social lounge. Pool is enabled from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm (the first business day of the week closes at 4:30pm for maintenance). The building has 24-hour security. IMPORTANT: Visitors are not allowed in the building. NOTE: We have a round-trip service from the airport to the building at an additional cost of 50,000 pesos per trip. If you wish to hire the service, please inform us of your arrival time and flight number so that the person who helps us with it can make arrangements. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment (we only keep two small closets in the kitchen with personal items locked), social areas of the building (respecting schedules and wearing appropriate clothing) and parking. Other things to note You can get to the apartment from the airport by taxi, Uber, or inDrive. The trip takes less than 5 minutes. You can also rent a car at the airport.
