PCB Sugar Shores: 2nd floor oceanfront easy access

Welcome to PCB Sugar Shores, a stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo located on the easy-access second floor of the Windward building at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach. The space This recently renovated and beautifully decorated condo sleeps four to six with a king in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa plus a double sleeper loveseat in the living room. The living room features comfy furniture, a Smart TV, and an amazing view of the Gulf that you can soak up from within the condo or from the private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any meals, drinks or snacks, plus a washer and dryer and free wifi are offered for the ultimate in convenience. We also have a twin rollaway bed if needed. Maximum occupancy is six (6). For your convenience, we also provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports balls, and beach umbrellas. The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. You'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On the other side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay.
