Please note: Some weekend the racetrack is open for racing and cars can be heard at the house. Here's a sneak peek of what awaits you: Bedrooms: Three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with TVs for personalized entertainment. A 50" TV in the living room for shared enjoyment. Comfort and Convenience: Ceiling fans in all rooms for enhanced comfort. High-speed internet to keep you connected. A fully stocked kitchen catering to all your culinary needs. Washer and dryer for added laundry convenience. Outdoor Haven: A fully fenced backyard ensures privacy and security. Relax on the deck with comfortable furniture, creating the perfect spot for unwinding. Please Note: Guests do not have access to the garage. Wishing you a fantastic time in your home away from home! Guest access We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each. For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. Other things to note We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience: 1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests (children 1 year and older or walking on their own are not considered infants). 2. Please no smoking or vaping inside of the house ($250 fee for each occurrence). 3. Pet Fee: We welcome furry friends, and our pet fee is calculated differently than Airbnb's standard flat fee. It is based on the number of nights and the number of pets. This approach is fair to both short-term and long-term guests. Please be aware of the following pet fee details: -First pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 per month. -Each additional pet: $10 per night, up to a maximum of $100 each. -Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3). We may send you a request through Airbnb's resolutions center for the pet fee after the reservation has been made, as Airbnb does not facilitate this specific charging process during the booking.
