Resort Fee (Nightly Charge): ● Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per night ● Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per night ● Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per night Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250: A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution. Valet Parking (Optional): ● 1 to 7 days: $35 per night ● 8 or more days: $30 per night ● Monthly rate: $650 per month ● Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services.
