TOP location. Amazing private rooftop. Other things to note - Given the house's downtown location, you may hear some street noise during your stay. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs. - Parking in the historic downtown can be complicated, the location allows everything to be within walking distance whenever possible. - There is a dedicated desk / workspace here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay. - To preserve the colonial style, the floor is original from the 1930s. It may be a little stained by natural wear. - The terrace is technically private because the space is delimited by a fence instead of a wall, so you may be able to greet the neighbors who enjoy their rooftop. - The city's cleaning crews pass by the property making noise, this is just part of city life, but something you should understand when staying anywhere downtown. - As you can see in the photos, there are quite a few stairs.
