Perfect for romantic getaways, solo adventures, or small families. Game lovers will enjoy billiards, ping pong, nostalgic arcade games, board and card games, plus rock painting fun. Relax, play, and explore in this charming, well-equipped space surrounded by nature and entertainment. The space Guests will have full and private access to our entire basement with its own dedicated and keyless entrance. We have purposed the space to fulfill many different interests, including games (pool table, ping-pong table, bumper pool, 5 nostalgic arcade games, poker table, tons of board and card games), a small fitness center and craft space for those who want a creative outlet. Note* only game boxes on the shelf are available for play. Game boards displayed on the walls are for decoration (with a few exceptions). Ideal space for couples or a small family. (Persons with mobility issues may have issues stepping over the tub-converted shower). Includes one king bed and two futons with 3” memory foam mattress toppers. The fitness space includes a concept 2 rower, treadmill, exercise ball, kettle bells and free weights up to 45lbs. There are basic kitchen necessities including a mini fridge, water cooler, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric skillet (upon request), tea kettle, cups, bowls, plates and silverware for a quick and easy breakfast and/or lunch; however no dedicated kitchen space is available to guests. There is one bedroom with a king bed with a 4” gel foam topper and attached full bathroom as well as an additional half bathroom in the game space. The craft room offers a versatile space with a desk and chair ideal for creative projects or remote work. Two futons provide a comfortable spot to unwind and can be converted into twin beds with a 3" gel memory foam toppers for added comfort. Please note, this room is not a private bedroom and does not have a door, but it's a cozy and functional area for relaxing or additional sleeping arrangements. As the evening winds down, spend your evening watching the sunset on your private patio or go for a leisurely walk in the neighborhood. Guests will receive a link to our digital welcome book that lists out everything you will need to know or reference during your stay. House Rules: 1) No pets (unauthorized pets incur $150 fee) 2) No smoking, vaping or e-cigs inside our home (will incur $150 fee) 3) No guests 4) No parties, glitter, hair dyes or confetti 5) Due to liability, please do not roam the backyard outside of the space in front of your private entrance. 6) Promptly report any damages Guest access Guests will have private access to the full basement with a dedicated and keyless entrance. The only indoor areas off limits are the various utility closets and upstairs. Due to liability, guests should stay in front of their own private entrance and not roam the backyard. Other things to note 🚙 Parking: Immediately after pulling into the driveway, you’ll see a double gate on the right side of the house. Veer right between the bushes and tree line and park in front of the gate designated with a “guest parking” sign. Parking in this driveway is exclusively for guests. All closets in the basement are utility or storage closets and should not be accessed by guests. 🔐 How to lock/unlock using the digital keypad: 1) tap the screen to “wake” it 2) The full keypad will appear in white for you to enter your code. 3) enter your code and the system will unlock 4)Select the lock icon on the outside keypad and the system will lock. Exterior security cameras are present and record all activities that occur on the perimeter of our home (front yard, driveway and back deck). There are no interior or exterior cameras in our guest areas.
