This incredible property is tucked conveniently at the gateway to the Uinta Mountains. Surrounded by amazing mountain views and only 30 minutes from Park City Ski resorts. Right out your door you'll have everything the Uinta Mountains has to offer, snowmobiling, hiking, fishing, skiing, ATV trails and more. The space Country Style Home in a laid back environment. My favorite part of living in the mountains is the relaxing environment. I just sleep better breathing in the cool mountain air. The home is heated with radiant floor heating, but to maximize your comfort each bedroom has its very own mini split unit. This way each guest has the ability to pick their perfect sleeping temperature. Guest access Here at Gateway Getaway you have access to not only all the amenities of this property but your backyard is the entire Unita Wasatch Cache National Forrest. Hiking, Biking, Skiing, ATV Trails, Horseback riding, snowmobiling, water sports and winter sports are just some of the popular things to do in the area. We have plenty of parking so bring your toys. Other things to note Gateway Getaway is the only property up the canyon with a full gig of high speed fiber internet. Once connected to the WiFi you can stream movies or games with ease. I do like to throw a word of caution as we are in the Mountains. Seeing wildlife is very common. Note that leaving food outside can attract unwanted visitors and cost you a meal. Also I would recommend you are alert before heading out to your car so you don't catch an animal by surprise. Due to the rural location of this property this home operates on a septic system. This means our plumbing is delicate and we ask that you please take special care to not dump flushable wipes, grease, large debris or feminine hygiene products down the toilets or drains.. Additionally there is no trash service in this area. You will need to take your trash bags to the dumpsters just a few minutes away from the property. Dumpsters are conveniently located on the left of the highway as you head back into city of Kamas.
