The "un-dress code" is not enforced, but we suggest you try it. It's very freeing! Paradise Lakes is super-friendly, however, we do not allow families with children to stay here. We require all of our guests to be age 30 or older. We are committed to the safety of our guests and neighbors. Our condo association must approve everyone who stays with us and may be subjected to a background check. An additional application is required above and beyond what you've already submitted on AirBNB's platform. Each person staying in the condo is required to fill it out.
