Our centrally located home makes a perfect base for exploring Anchorage. Featuring 4 bedrooms with 6 beds total (plus an extra air mattress and a futon) and 2 full bathrooms. A Spacious backyard, very close to airport, great location, and tons of amenities. Within a 1 mile radius of Kaladi Brothers coffee shop, parks, hiking/biking trails, Kincaid Park (known for moose sightings), Jewel Lake and Sand Lake. Our house is also frequently visited by moose. The space Our centrally located home makes a perfect base for exploring Anchorage, as well as enjoying world-class Alaska day trips south to the Kenai Peninsula and Homer, as well as trips north to breathtaking Talkeetna and Denali. Our house is a two-story 4 bedroom, two bathroom house in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a RING exterior security camera at the front door for extra safety. There is easy 24/7 Keypad access with secure deadbolt entry. We have a private, fenced backyard lawn with table and chairs. There are 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 (2) Twin Bedrooms with comfortable beds and black-out curtains since Alaska is known for our midnight sun. We provide a convenient In-house laundry room with a large washer and dryer. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, oils, seasonings, and much more. There is a SMART TV that is already connected to Netflix and Disney Plus. We also provide fast high-speed WiFi. Please let me know if you would like to use our high chair, baby gate, and pack and play crib so we can make sure to put it out for you. Our house is run on a well water system. We are in the process of installing a water filtration system. Our house also has a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no feminine products, flushable wipes, paper towels, etc). Other than that, the whole place is yours including our in-house laundry room. Other things to note If we discover any house rules have been broken, unfortunately we will have to impose additional fines due to the additional services needed to fix said damage. Pets on premises: $500 Smoking inside the home: $800 Throwing/ leaving cigarette butts around property: $250 Loud outside quiet hours: $300 And in the off case things in the home are broken, we will require full reimbursement for the cost to be made whole by a professional service. This will include but is not restricted to, reimbursement above and beyond standard insurance payout if needed. Please treat our home as your own and you’ll never have to worry about these fines set in place. We’d love for everyone to enjoy this space as much as our family has.
